Infinite Money Stuck On

I accidentally turned on infinite money when turning on infinite oil and ore, and I didn't realize until I had already made some changes to my city. I didn't want to lose the changes, so I saved the city. Now when I reload the city, with the infinite money mod off, it still says I have infinite money. Is there a way to fix this, or is it stuck now?

I think if you activate it for your city it stays on in your city.

Infinite money is way too cheaty anyway. Better options are either "Cash on Demand" or "Mo' Money" mods.
