Instant Building?

Hello.

Are there any mods, etc, that can make your residential/commercial/industrial zones build instantly, regardless of what the city's demands are at the time? A lot of the time you can reserve zones for future building, and they will start when the city needs it, but is there a way of making it happen regardless?

There's a mod called "Plop the Growables". You could give that one a try.

Plop the Growables is handy, but that's super micromanagey. Forget making a metropolis that way. I think it's better for finishing touches on a mostly complete city.

I agree on that. You could also try the following mod. This way you can place growables even without zoning, as they will never despawn.

With this mod you can prevent buildings from leveling up. Handy if you want the building to stay the same.
