mod for blocking pedestrian traffic

is there a mod for blocking pedestrian traffic like how you can set a sector to no heavy traffic? because ive been dealing with how my backroads to the commercial district are constantly getting choked up and i just realized the majority of cars taking that road are privately owned, even though i have two other bridges to the same location with a heavy traffic ban.

If you want less private cars on the road you want to encourage pedestrian traffic and not ban it surely? Encourage people to bike or take public transport.

pedestrian means walking. I think you mean public and you could maybe set it to old town then nobody who doesn't own a business or live there can use it. But that could strangle the businesses.

No trucks
No busses

No emergency vehicles
No garbage trucks

the issue isnt private cars on the road, just on roads i built for heavy traffic.

So you are not talking about pedestrian traffic then? Your original post was a little confusing. I know of no way to block private cars on some roads, only as I suggested above provide alternatives for them so they dont have to use cars on those roads. Maybe someone who uses one of the traffic mods could find a way?

As Kenneth mentioned, Traffic Manager President Edition should do what you want. Set the road to no private cars, and they will then find alternate routes.

You might want to consider making districts on either side of the truck route, but not including it, banning heavy traffic. This will force trucks onto that road.

ive already placed a district forcing trucks to take that route, but i will definitely try that mod and see if that helps, thanks for the help!

They will not walk on the highway, so if a place your desiring to prevent pedestrians has no need of development than use highway parts. for instance if you would like to not let them cross a bridge, can always use a small two way highway or make two one way highway bridges, Depending your traffic needs! as far a mod! I two have been looking for it! I know at times I have seen something in the game restricting pedestrian traffic. But I am unsure where I see it before!
