Ctrl + A
This key combination seems to stretch out the image of Chirper, and I'm curious about if it does something else. I'm not sure if this is a standard feature or if one of my mods is causing this. Does anyone know?

You have Road Anachy installed.
Ctrl+A activates anachy mode, and the straching chirper is to show it's active.

My chirper when i activate road anarchy turns flaming red, i kinda like it
