Bus depot sending out too many buses

I have around 20 bus lines in my city of about 70k. I recently checked on my bus lines and saw that one of my lines had 60 vehicles on it and the number kept rising, I checked the other lines and a few more had the same problem, but the others line had around 20 or fewer vehicles. I went to the bus depot and saw the buses one by one non-stop coming out of the depot. The depot said I had around 270 buses and the number kept going up, my roads are now clogged with buses.

This isn't awesome, it's horrible and annoying.
I need to fix this PROBLEM.

This is probably the issue. The longer a line runs within a district with Old Town policy on, the more buses it will have. This is a bug that Colossal Order are aware of.

20 buses is too many for any line by the way.

have 6 lines and only use 25 buses for all of them. So yea unless ur plopping down a bus stop every 5 feet 20 for one line is too many for one line. It foes depend how many stops you have as well

I am fairly sure you can edit the amount of busses on your line
With the bus line edit function.

Just a random suggestion, maybe check your budget for bus transport and maybe drop it down?

with the above mod you can do that but tweak the actual bus lines and determine exactly how many buses per line.

I fixed the problem by dropping the budget on the lines, now each line has around 8 buses.
