Floating Cafe
Hi.

I have built the floating cafe and connected with road, electricity and water. It seems it is not working. Cims walking on the pier and Just stand there. No boat is picking Them up. Even there is no pierbridge. Is this just normal?

Yes, they just hang around on the pier.

For a good long while I too thought I was doing something wrong. Moving it from place to place trying to find where it would work.
