Crash report folder named "2019-03-10_131310"
Hi all,

I tried to start the game but then I see:

Oops!

The game crashed.
The crash report folder named "2019-03-10_131310" next to game executable.
It would be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game!

I did send it to the developers, but it will probably take quite long before I get some answers.
Do you guys know anything?

Can you post your error report from the crash folder.

Crash folder will be located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\ and open the 2019-03-10_131310 folder, look inside that and there will be an error report, copy and paste the text from it into a site like https://paste.ee and then post the link to the file in your next post.

Yes i can see it thanks, can you now do the same with the output_log from this location
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\Cities_Data

I suspect it's DirectX again; try inputting -force-d3d9 to launch settings for the game if using windows, and tell us if that works. (Library - recent - right-click C:SL - properties - general - set launch options)

Well, for me this doesn't solve it sadly. I start a new game and it will load to about 75% and then will just shut down and sometimes is gives me this error, even with the force launch option. Any other solution?

my game keeps crashing where am i supposed to send the report?! i am so confused at what to do! what am i supposed to do?!

First thing would be to start a new thread instead of hijacking someone else's thread since the game has had updates since this thread was last posted in, and your issue is likely unrelated to the OP's issue.
