UPDATE - Unsubbing certain addons will solve the problem.

Actually the error means something is missing. i.e. null means zero/missing.

Often times if you save a game, then exit game to desktop, then launch the game, the error goes away, as you have saved it without the missing items, so then it doesn't report as missing anymore.

Luckily it wasn't a mod issues, then you'd have to put the mod back it in, or find its updated replacement, in order for the game to function correctly again.
