Abandoned buildings are an important clue to where you're going wrong.
Open up the window on any abandoned building and hover your mouse over the abandoned tooltip which will explain the reason for abandonment.
Then you'll know what needs to be done to prevent it abandoning again and again and again... which is what will happen unless you correct the cause.
;)
There are many but you 'll have to check if it works and the compatibilty with your mods

A building has a problem that is causing it to abandon.
Your mod automatically bulldozes it before you're even aware of it.
The problem still exists though and so when the next building grows to replace the old one, it too will abandon and be bulldozed.
This can lead to some serious issues that will more than likely force you to come back here, asking why your city is losing population and isn't growing... if the building is a residence, for example, then it will populate the home and then everyone living in it will be forced to leave the city when it abandons. It gets rebuilt, more Cims come and move in, only to be evicted again, and again, and again. You won't be aware of that though, because you have a mod that is getting rid of the evidence ;)
That is why it's an awful mod. It causes more problems than it supposedly solves.
