Export? Why would you want that?
You're supposed to be selling those unique products to your commercial.

sorry thats what i meant to say, sell to my commercial, but it still wont ship to the warehouse

If there's enough demand for pastries from commercial, shipping to the warehouse is redundant. Also, if all delivery trucks are in use the bakery's own storage may get full.

Maybe it works when you zone Commercial specialized on local products? I dont remember how its called - its a symbol of commercial zone with a brown leaf (and maybe with a tractor also like a symbol of farming industry)

That shouldn't affect it since that's part of a different DLC people might not have.

In any case, I sympathize. I found the Industries DLC to be very confusing and I keep asking myself why my buildings are doing what they are doing or not doing. It frustrates me every time I put down a new warehouse they compulsively import from out of town to fill it up instead of using my own goods first. As far as the bakery, I don't know unless your commercial is already getting enough of their goods from out of town. How long have you had the bakery up and running? It takes a couple day/night cycles for the trucks to navigate traffic to your stores to fulfill the orders. Once they are all completed your bakery should be their source, though I am definitely not an expert on this system.

Dude... your city is tiny! You only have 5k Cims. There cannot be enough commercial businesses for any unique factory to supply to.
Build and grow your city first, and I suggest to aim for around 50k at least, before starting your Industry DLC zones. Once it's that size, you should have enough commercial to buy your unique consumer products and make a killing doing so.
For example ;)

It should also be taken into consideration there's a lot of mods at play, including Real Time. I know for a fact almost nothing happens at 4 AM when that mod is active.

And there's the irony, because if it was 'real time' then 4am is when a bakery is most active ;)

i've done a test map with around 40k citizens with the same mods active as i have now and the bakery still doesn't work, it fills up with pastries but doesn't ship them out, i think there is a mod that is conflicting.

I have a city @ 20k cims, and have nearly all the unique industry buildings. I'm making tons of cash and all the buildings are operating correctly. I do have lots of storage warehouses which I think helps with the chain.

i would love to find out why my bakery isn't working and what mods are causing the problem so i can remove them

Not enough buyers usually means they aren't exporting as your train/ship connection is full or commerce is too far away and can't make delivery on time.

Add another train/ship or build commerce nearby. Add a warehouse(s) in commerce district to store Unique Factory Products there.

Maybe build a train station near bakery and another in middle of commerce and connect the two stations only with tracks.

Possibly lower your bakery output less than 100%.

PS, How did you get a widescreen screenshot? Is that an extra wide monitor (21:9) or dual monitor setup. A lot of us have been trying to make this work, without success. We'd be interested on how you manage to set it up.

hi there, thanks for the tips,
I haven't any train/ships at the moment.
My commerce is really close, it's spread out in different areas.
I have a warehouse next to the bakery but it won't ship to it.
Finally i have an extra wide LG 29" monitor (21:9), and it looks amazing with all that extra real estate.
I will try the other tips, thanks for your help.
