You're supposed to be selling those unique products to your commercial.
In any case, I sympathize. I found the Industries DLC to be very confusing and I keep asking myself why my buildings are doing what they are doing or not doing. It frustrates me every time I put down a new warehouse they compulsively import from out of town to fill it up instead of using my own goods first. As far as the bakery, I don't know unless your commercial is already getting enough of their goods from out of town. How long have you had the bakery up and running? It takes a couple day/night cycles for the trucks to navigate traffic to your stores to fulfill the orders. Once they are all completed your bakery should be their source, though I am definitely not an expert on this system.
Build and grow your city first, and I suggest to aim for around 50k at least, before starting your Industry DLC zones. Once it's that size, you should have enough commercial to buy your unique consumer products and make a killing doing so.
For example ;)

Not enough buyers usually means they aren't exporting as your train/ship connection is full or commerce is too far away and can't make delivery on time.
Add another train/ship or build commerce nearby. Add a warehouse(s) in commerce district to store Unique Factory Products there.
Maybe build a train station near bakery and another in middle of commerce and connect the two stations only with tracks.
Possibly lower your bakery output less than 100%.
PS, How did you get a widescreen screenshot? Is that an extra wide monitor (21:9) or dual monitor setup. A lot of us have been trying to make this work, without success. We'd be interested on how you manage to set it up.
I haven't any train/ships at the moment.
My commerce is really close, it's spread out in different areas.
I have a warehouse next to the bakery but it won't ship to it.
Finally i have an extra wide LG 29" monitor (21:9), and it looks amazing with all that extra real estate.
I will try the other tips, thanks for your help.
