Clearly no one is reading the mod's description and changelogs because they are lazy to read and just go subscribe stuff without reading first.

This mod was last updated on October 21, 2017 (when Green Cities DLC came out), meaning it no longer works since the Parklife DLC came out on May 24, 2018.
Your only hope for this mod is to unsubscribe to it, and wait for the author to update it or let somebody else take over and create a new version of the mod.
And, district styles are included in the base game, so I don't understand and it's pointless to use a mod that is already a built-in feature of the game itself (that would be like using Extended Public Transport UI mod even its features are now included in the base game since patch 1.3).
