I haven't been able to play CSL for 2 1/2 months now because of this problem. Please help!

I only have a few mods like the Free Camera Updated, 81 tiles (Fixed for 1.2), Extra Landscaping Tools, RICO and alot of buildings(buildings never gave me problems I don't know if it's RICO).
If you decide not to view link I know some people give sketchy links out there.

I would click Ok, and then after a few seconds it would reappear.

start new city
add mods one by one till you find the problem one
If you think a batch are fine, add the batch and test it.

worst case - unsubscribe to everything and start again. at least you'll get back to playing!

RICO is the likely culprit. It requires custom assets that often are misconfigured and they'll give that error. RICO os very picky.

Thanks to you all, after removing RICO. My game works again!
