[CAUSE FOUND--MEMORY NOT ENOUGH] Mcafee crashes the game when loading?
The Incident
1. A few hours ago I visited the community and download 'Find it' and several assets (mostly are used for building roads). After the completion of subscribing those stuff, I activated 'find it' mod and tried to resume yesterday's game. But it crashed. To solve that I press the power bottom for a while and turn my laptop off.

Partial Recovery
2. I switched on my PC again and try to run Steam and the Game offline. The saved game can be resumed with all subscribed mods and assets (including railway, building, special train stations, buses etc..) missing.

Failed Attempts
3. My friend and I thought it was caused by overload, and I tried to restart a new map (with internet service and special VPN for mainland China users in order to connect to the community) but the same event occurred again. Then I looked into the crash log which stipulates that Mcafee could be liable for that.

How could I fix the crash?

i did not check the logs yet, but it is possible that the mcafee is blocking some files to be loaded? disable the mods you installed and try to install them back one by one and try to find out which one is crashing your game?

I tried the log file, but Google Drive says I need permissions. Maybe set it to public, or whatever setting for everyone, or select ones to use.

I did tried to disable the 'find it' mod before loading the saved game but it didn't work. I also tried to list cities.exe (that 22MB one in my disk, not that one on the desktop for shortcut) in the exception list of Mcafee but still have nothing changed.

The error log suggests that you are running out of memory. If you are unable to add more RAM then you will need a larger pagefile or less content.

Regarding running offline - some mods don't run properly or at all in this mode.

Thank you ~ Regarding running offline - some mods don't run properly or at all in this mode.
Can I delete some assets to ensure its normal operation? I cannot start a new game now.

You can try disabling (uncheck) the Loading Screen Mod option called, "Load Enabled Assets" so it doesn't load assets unless they are in your city. That should keep half your assets from loading.
