Array Index Out Of Range: No Details
I was casually building a new district of my city when suddenly like 20 pop-ups saying "Array Index Out Of Range Details: No Details" which immidiately halted my building process and since then i can't play the game normally. It's not like most of the time when it only pops up when loaded up, it pops up CONSTANTLY. I really love the city so i don't want to end it like this. Please help!
Does it have something to do with RAM, GPU or CPU or is a mod problem? The thing is, I hadn't downloaded any mods or assets since the last time i played the game so what is going on?

We've seen this a few times on TM:PE support, and it seems to be caused by MOM (Metro Overhaul Mod):

EDIT: Actually, it seems your log has finally confirmed it's MOM!

Simulation error: Array index is out of range.

Now, it could be some other mod affecting MOM (just like this MOM error is affecting TM:PE).

I'll check rest of your log and see if I can spot anything...

Completely unsubscribe any mods you're not using (disabling doesn't always turn them off, unsubscribe completely to be sure).

Try disable Roads United mods (the main mod and the North America textures), then exit game to desktop, then relaunch, and reload save to see if that helps?

Building Eyedropper Tool and Disable Zoning Check mods are really old and clunky; consider unsubscribing them. I'd recommend combination of Find It, Move It and Plop the Growables instead (I think you already have those three mods!).

From vague recollection, Service Vehicle Selector 2 (SVS2) isn't compatible with Improved Public Transport 2 (IPT2) - they conflict. Check the mod descriptions of those mods; I think you might need to choose one or the other (ie. Klyte's mods, or BloodyPenguin's mods).

Advanced Toolbar mod can cause some errors; I've found keallu's Resize It mod to be more reliable.

See if making those changes to your mods solves it; if not then it's a bug with MOM.

One possible way to reset the bug in MOM is to use "Safe Mode" options in Loading Screen Mod (LSM) before loading a save. If that works, save under new name, exit game to desktop, then relaunch and it might be OK after that (at least until MOM breaks again).

It seems like it's the rail outside connections that are broken as the pop-ups appear when trains spawn. I'll see if unlimited outside connections is incompatible with a mod i use.

If you're still getting the error after trying the things above, it could be different form of that error. Please share new log file next time it happens in game (game resets log file each time C:SL is launched).

I removed all rail outside connections that I had made and it was solved! It was that easy! But can you disable the Unlimited Outside Connections mod after creating outside connections without breaking the game?

If an outside connection is there when game starts (even if it was made via unlimited outside connections mod in an earlier session of that save) then it will usually still work as game just assumes it's part of the map.

However, there are also limits on number of each type of outside connection - I think 2 or 4 depending on connection type. Unlimited Outside Connections removes those limits while active; if you have made loads of outside connections then the game might complain/break if that mod isn't active.

Ok! Thanks for your help! I will try to disable when I have more time but right now I just want to work on my city again!

This exact same problem happened to me today, except I do not have unlimited outside connections installed. Not sure how to really fix it but I'm providing the log just in case it helps find the route of the issue. https://ufile.io/27gm8qz5

@pache711 - the error in your log is caused by MOM (I've already created a bug report on their issue tracker).
