I just can not help but think of this song right now ...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6cK5ZGzCflI
EULA may not be "law (no criminal prosecution involved at all). Civil's court jurisdiction (if at all)." but it's certainly not illegal to have it, or even update it in which you have to "accept" again.
Have issues? go here:
https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/guide-to-data-protection/guide-to-the-general-data-protection-regulation-gdpr/
That's the only way you lot are going to win this, and i doubt Paradox are doing anything unlawful/against the GDPR.
- And spam someone else with your minecraft ♥♥♥♥.
I'm so confused right now... that song is disturbing, at least :D
Oh please enlighten me!
Hell take them to court over it, and prove me wrong that way, that's the easiest way to solve this entire thread!
I mean I've read plenty since the 80's to know they are all BS where I live and where Paradox lives too.
They are just hoping 'simple peeps' just accept what they are reading without thinking (read:researching) too much and often enough that works pretty well.
For example ... I just bought 9 more games here on steam and for personal info what I filled in is complete and utter garbage BS knowing full well they would end up in my library anyways and they did.
^^^ Steam's TOS means ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ as my consumer protection laws trump those. I mean ... I'm not about to 'cheat the system' but I'm not about to just give up my privacy neither because some randos ask for me to do so.
I don't have issues at all ... so going nowhere.
GDPR has nothing to do with not having to accept a one sided change to some BS EULA.
I just mentioned that song coming to mind ... keep digging ... straight down. It'll be fine I'm sure.
He does not ... poor thing. xD
Useless exercise.
Why don't you? None of us reasonable peeps is going to waste money on this.
I'm so sorry, truly, but it's not possible to enlighten anyone.
Truth must find it's way.
You should really read the replies, you would know exactly what i was replying too and talking about. My discussion isn't directly with you, you just jumped on in and decided to throw in a video for the "luls" as though you dropped some kind of bombshell and solved this entire debate.
Then please don't reply to me.
"Reasonable" good joke, they have already wasted money by buying a game they will no longer play because Paradox decided to introduce a Launcher.
And cost? well you lot obviously know what you're talking about, and there are thousands and thousands of people being robbed of their privacy right now while playing the game, so it's a sure win, get a gofundme page going surely you can get all those smart individuals to fork out some extra brass to bring Paradox too it's knees!
I'll be watching to see how it goes, eagerly awaiting your big win!
FINALLY! the fog has lifted! i can see the light! The wisdom you both have bestowed upon me shall not be in vain!
Man... I got confused second time this evening. What are the chances?
I am just going to block you now as I did punchbag ... before I get another warning for giving you my real 2cc too. ;)
Lmao.. Yeah thought as much.
It's more ... I don't care what you write 'cause ... well ... it does not matter
But I'm afraid we are going nowere at the moment.
edit:
Good night.
