Industries Vs Industries Plus?
^ I'm thinking to buy the Industries DLC
But from the Store Page I can't seem to distinguish between Industries & Industries Plus
What is the difference?
Also is the DLC really worth it or should I wait for sale?

Yes, Harrison is correct, the difference is the additional radio station which is the 'plus', just as it was for Parklife and Parklife Plus.
As for worth it, yes, it's a good DLC with a lot of content and the mechanics behind it make it almost a mini sub game in itself. It may be more suitable for an experienced player though and not for a new player. There is a lot that needs to be learned and understood first to work/play with it correctly.
But, when you know what you're doing, it is probably the most profitable DLC ever ;)

If price is a factor and you want a more affordable option, then just wait at least 6 months and then you may find it discounted by up to 50% in the sales (the same for all DLC's).

I think plus comes with one of the radio stations. Other than that, I don’t have it and can’t judge it.

In a way it is similar to Parklife, just for industries (with the difference being, that you have a production chain and unique products).
Someone who already owns Parklife may have an easier time getting accustomed to Industries, than someone who hasn't

...and having a good understanding of delivery logistics and traffic management will help too, which is why it is more suited to an experienced player than a new player.

Just avoid the mail services because as good as it sounds an “efficient” system for a city of around 50,000 is going to cost way more than the parks that would generate the the same impact on the lives of the cims. Also, you can pull off major exports but they don’t tell you what they are other than oil, forestry, ore, agricultural, goods, or mail. That’s my biggest complaint.

Hmm.. I'm not so sure. I did experiment with mail and seeing as yes, they are expensive, I limited the use of them. However, I have never seen the effectiveness of the happiness boost to all buildings by any other service until now and for that reason I like them. For me this is their biggest benefit and you really don't need much. One or two post offices and a single depot was all I needed. I certainly don't expect to make any money from them directly, but the levelled up RCI due to their positive influence is certainly helpful in terms of tax revenue that they are partly responsible for. If you notice above, they didn't really put a dent in my income ;)

As for 'major exports, I'm not concerned with raw resources but rather unique consumer goods and even then I'd rather receive income from supplying my commercial and generic than any exporting.

Maybe the “failure” of my postal system was oversaturation since I had 2 depots and like 8 post offices. I remember you helping me with a similar situation when I first started playing that involved doing something similar with crematorium. As for the exports, the numbers in the picture were while I was in the process of getting my generic industry up and running after its 4th crash and the majority of my imports were mail. In my tunnel network I have “circuit breakers” where if I notice a generic industrial area demanding more raw materials than normal I have the option to manually (through TMPE lane restrictions) force all traffic out of the freight tunnels and into those industrial districts. I’ve noticed after a couple day/night cycles that trucks that once exported would then be feeding the generic industry and my goods imports would drop to nearly nothing.

That’s what my imports looked like around the same time as the exports I posted. I’ve been unable to get any game time in lately but when I get home I’ll definitely try restructuring my postal system and making it leaner and seeing how it goes from there.

Heh, here's a fun thing to try. With your first placement of a postal depot and post office. Just watch the Mexican Wave of happy faces, followed by bling bling bling green level up arrows... now follow that wave and you'll be amazed at the coverage as they travel the city ;)
As soon as I saw that, I knew this service was a keeper!
As with all services though, keep a firm handle on it and only use what's necessary ;)

Oh yeah, I noticed that. 1 depot in the airport district so they have easy access outside connections (it’s literally built right next to the cargo airport) and 2 post offices and my entire city was covered. I think the 2 depots and 8 post offices were beyond overkill.
