Cities Skylines - All Mods Missing

So I opened up the game this morning, and found that all mods, even the original in-game ones like 'unlimited money' are completely missing. It looks like i'm still subscribed on the workshop but the content manager tab is completely empty. Everything else, like Assets, color corrections, etc. is fine.

Try a reboot of your pc or if that doesn't help verify the game files.

I had the same problem this morning, restart your game or what Cyber said above.

I ended up just uninstalling and re-installing the game, that seemed to do the trick.

I started the game in offline mode and all mods were gone. I closed the game and reopened it while being "online" and all mods were still gone. So I closed the game and the Steam client. Relaunched the game and all mods and assets are back. Hope it helps.
