Currency change

I bought the game the other day, I think the currency is in Euro's. Is there a way to change this? I would rather run in U.S dollars or Canadian dollars. Any help would be great.

I just looked really close at a picture that had my city’s income on it and it looks more like a C with a slash line through it then the Euro sign

dollar sign "$", the Pound sign "£", and the Euro sign "€".

In Cities the two lines are diagonally top to bottom.

ya, i think id like to see it in $'s instead of that weird symbol aswell

Think of it like its own universe/world, it has its own currency. You can change the lane cars drive in, what more do you need? xD

Most games if not all of them you can change the Language, so then why not change the currency. With myself living in Canada, I would like to use either U.S or Canadian dollars. I am sure that there are others that feel the same.

The game has it's own currency. It is Skylines world, an alternative reality...

Well I just thought that it would be nice to have normal money. But to each his own I guess.

A custom icon for all the different currencies wouldn't be a bad idea, it would be more tailored to maps as well if there was Euro icon for euro maps for example.
