System.NullReferenceException

so im getting the error system null reference exception blah blah blah you know the drill

im looking for help, since my last post was a bit unclear
in my last post i was looking for general help but got none/very limited help. Don't tell me to check
Cities_Data or do obvious things, I've already done those things. I just need help pinpointing
what mod or asset is broken.

PS: I believe the broken thing is an asset, I've checked the broken/not working mods post and seen none of my mods in there.
