A) activate the asset report in the mod‘s option and check for missing assets there.
B) why add even more assets that jse RAM if LSM alteady signals you very obvious that you are at least on the limit of your RAM capacity? You should rather aim to significantly reduce the amount of custom content or add more RAM to your computer. If you don‘t you will end up with the game crashing to desktop due to a lack of RAM capacity available to the game.

@Sindar - It's never crashed on me yet. Anyway, I will check the asset report in the mod's option.

That's lucky you so far then. When it happens you will perhaps remember. The forum is full of players asking for help in crash situations and just too often (not always) it is because of a lack of available RAM capacity.
@Sindar - Look, I'm not trying to be cocky or anything. I am actually trying to sort this out, so I can play the game with as little props and assets required. The problem I am having though is that since I got Loading Screen Mod activated, it has been telling me all sorts. It's been saying that I have props missing despite the props already been downloaded. So what I've been doing I think is adding in props that are already there again into the game or I've been adding too many extra props. The dilema I have though is that when I do add the props the LSM stops asking for them, so it's got me really confused. I mean should I trust it or not?
I've also been getting flickering and buildings disappearing on me and I'm trying to understand what is causing it. I will also post the mod list that I have. I really appreciate any help I can get from you or anyone else because this has taken up so much of my time already and I'm still nowhere to actually enjoying and playing the game. The thing is, I can't play the game without some assets being included because it looks very childish and simple without these assets and mods if you get what I mean?

And I am just pointing out what your current risk is. You decide yourself if you take it or not.

If it's only props missing there is no real issue except they will not show in game. Particularly detailers prefer to intentionally not subscribe to props associated with a building so they can beautify as per their own liking. The great side effect of unwanted props not loading is they won't consume valuable RAM. And as you can see yourself CS is a memory monster because it loads everything subscribed to regardless used in a city or not.

LSM doesn't ask for anything nor does it require anything to be there. It only reports the facts to you. You then decide if of if not you change anything about it.

Re the not visible buildings... are those newly zoned areas? Do you happen to use the Real Time mod? If so check you set the construction speed to 100%. Else building construction will only occur during daytime as usually in real life. That's a recommendation in the FAQ for that mod.

Note: You may also want to post your output_log.txt to some publicly accessible place. That should tell us anything we need to know with respect to potential mod conflicts, errors, etc.

Look, lets move on from our misunderstandings OK. I'm not going to continue about proving who is right or wrong. My point is that all help I get is appreciated, so of course I am going to take your advice into consideration. In fact, I was already in the process of removing assets from my game. The number that you saw in the screenshot isn't even close to what I used to have active, 1700+ assets. So I've dropped that down significantly.

Anyway, I used to have real time activated, but I took it off because it wasn't really what I was looking for. Besides, I've now fully grasped the traffic aspect of the game, so real time isn't really a necessity for me. The mods I do want active though are Traffic Manager, Network Extensions 2, Move it, Prop Snapping, Roads United Core (not core++ or +), Surface painter, Loading Screen, Fine Road Anarchy and 81 tiles.

Fine with me...

Concerning your mod subscriptions... there is a good reference about compatibility and conflicts with the current game patch release you should be aware of. It is maintained by AquilaSol & Avanya:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mVFkj_7ij4FLzKs2QJaONNmb9Z-SRqUeG6xFGqEX1ew/edit#gid=0

According to that you should be using the "Roads United Core 2.0" mod. "Surface Painter" requires the "Extra Landscaping" mod or it ought to throw you a mod error on game launch and be displayed by it's steam ID in the mods list in content manager. Did you unsubscribe Real Time? Disabling mods often isn't enough since parts of mod code gets loaded at game launch time and may still conflict in the background even if not enabled.
@Sindar - OK I've been playing the game now with no mods active and it is on a vanilla map. As soon as I start to further expand the city, the flickering and the disappearing buildings all start to happen again. I don't know what has triggered it, but do you think it is a posibility that an asset or prop has caused this?

I will do more testing and thanks for the link.

There are two things in the back of my mind I recall from the past for a flickering issue. Certainly there may be other reasons but none I am currently aware of.

a) Some vehicles by creator Matt Crux. Perhaps check if you are subscribed to any of them and unsub them to see if it makes a difference: https://steamcommunity.com/id/mattcrux/myworkshopfiles/

b) Either "Random Tree Rotation" and/or "Random Tree Rotation for Natural Disasters". There is a more recent mod that provides the same and more functionality = "Tree Movement Control". But since you mentioned you had no mods the cause can't be within any mod.

@Sindar - I think you are right to some degree with regards to the vehicles. I will double check those before I get back to you. Anyway, I think that you are a very worthy individual, so please kindly accept my friend invite. I would be very glad if you did and I look forward to further communicate with you.
