B) why add even more assets that jse RAM if LSM alteady signals you very obvious that you are at least on the limit of your RAM capacity? You should rather aim to significantly reduce the amount of custom content or add more RAM to your computer. If you don‘t you will end up with the game crashing to desktop due to a lack of RAM capacity available to the game.
This is the link to my steam screenshot: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1513069868
If it's only props missing there is no real issue except they will not show in game. Particularly detailers prefer to intentionally not subscribe to props associated with a building so they can beautify as per their own liking. The great side effect of unwanted props not loading is they won't consume valuable RAM. And as you can see yourself CS is a memory monster because it loads everything subscribed to regardless used in a city or not.
LSM doesn't ask for anything nor does it require anything to be there. It only reports the facts to you. You then decide if of if not you change anything about it.
Re the not visible buildings... are those newly zoned areas? Do you happen to use the Real Time mod? If so check you set the construction speed to 100%. Else building construction will only occur during daytime as usually in real life. That's a recommendation in the FAQ for that mod.
Note: You may also want to post your output_log.txt to some publicly accessible place. That should tell us anything we need to know with respect to potential mod conflicts, errors, etc.
Anyway, I used to have real time activated, but I took it off because it wasn't really what I was looking for. Besides, I've now fully grasped the traffic aspect of the game, so real time isn't really a necessity for me. The mods I do want active though are Traffic Manager, Network Extensions 2, Move it, Prop Snapping, Roads United Core (not core++ or +), Surface painter, Loading Screen, Fine Road Anarchy and 81 tiles.
Concerning your mod subscriptions... there is a good reference about compatibility and conflicts with the current game patch release you should be aware of. It is maintained by AquilaSol & Avanya:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mVFkj_7ij4FLzKs2QJaONNmb9Z-SRqUeG6xFGqEX1ew/edit#gid=0
According to that you should be using the "Roads United Core 2.0" mod. "Surface Painter" requires the "Extra Landscaping" mod or it ought to throw you a mod error on game launch and be displayed by it's steam ID in the mods list in content manager. Did you unsubscribe Real Time? Disabling mods often isn't enough since parts of mod code gets loaded at game launch time and may still conflict in the background even if not enabled.
I will do more testing and thanks for the link.
a) Some vehicles by creator Matt Crux. Perhaps check if you are subscribed to any of them and unsub them to see if it makes a difference: https://steamcommunity.com/id/mattcrux/myworkshopfiles/
b) Either "Random Tree Rotation" and/or "Random Tree Rotation for Natural Disasters". There is a more recent mod that provides the same and more functionality = "Tree Movement Control". But since you mentioned you had no mods the cause can't be within any mod.
