Not enough educated workers. But I have schools for live,
In my city shops say that they have ''not enough educated workers''. But I have in every city 4 Elemtry schools, 2 High schools and 2 University's.
How can I fix this problem?
Please answer. :steamhappy::steamhappy:

When you plop the schools, it levels up buildings (including commerce if close by), so commerce will demand higher educated workers, but the kids haven't had time to graduate school.

either build schools further away from commerce, or just wait it out. They'll graduate soon enough. Your commerce may go abandoned a little, but they'll reoccupy as soon as you get educated workers.

Check out the Education-Tab in your City Menu (top left), just click one each of the three types of schools to see how many school places you need for your town vs. how many you have!

For the most part you can't actively fix it, this happens because (low density) commercial buildings don't require educated workers to level up. You can speed it up by simply bulldozing the complaining businesses.

If they are 1x1 buildings, just de-zone them. I have this problem repeatedly in my city but never in plots larger than 1x1. And 1x1 buildings tend to hold back land value too.

...also, it takes time for the kids to progress through the education system. You do not get instantly graduated kids until if and when your build the Hadron Collider monument. So, just be patient and your population will slowly become better educated.
