in normalen hohen Gebieten nur Gebäude europäischer Altstädte ohne mod

Hallo ich habe in den hohen Wohn-, Gewerbe- und Bürogebieten nur Gebäude europäischer Altstädte. Dabei ist egal welche stufe die haben sie sehen auf stufe eins genauso aus wie auf stufe 5.Ebenso gibt es halt auch keine Hochhäuser. Ich habe allerdings kein mod aktiv. In den hohen Gebieten für Ökowohnen sind die Gebäude normal. kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

there's a way to get high rise buildings. you go to content manager and i think it's in styles and select European/vanilla theme.

in your map you create a district and select vanilla and you should be able to get the other building types to grow in that district.
