Down for at least 4 hours here. Hm seems Steam dont care a sh**** for its customers :(
And on top Steam does communicate anything. That shows how much they appreceate us.

i just thought if the Chinese great fire wall had improved and only i (Chinese users) couldn't connect with steam workshop....

actually all of you guys also met that problem...

Its not down, its just more unstable than usual. Half the times it works. This happens atleast once every month. You don't have to create a new thread every time. Google is still around, use it. Or Bing if you like that for some reason...

Nope, even here in the Philippines the entire Steam Workshop is down, freaking Steam being a ♥♥♥♥ to us users using custom content.

Once again, its not down, and it doesn't matter whatsoever where you are located. The service is unstable, but its not down anywhere.
