Glass Manufacturing Plants or Fiberglass Plants

I just bought the new Industries DLC and have built a farming district. I'm now Level 3 and It's looking great except I've just built a Lemonade Factory which needs crops and Glass.

Apparently Glass is produced by either a Glass Manufacturing Plant or a Fiberglass Plant, but I cannot for the life of me see where this is.

Has anyone come across this yet?

its under the ore industry tab, but i think you need lvl 2 or 3 to get the glass manfacturing plant
