How to get rid of pollution in ground?
im stuck with this

UPDATE: The Answer is YES. Ground pollution does go away. I have banked up enough cash to destroy my last city. I took everything out and the waited while the game played through a few game weeks. Monitoring, it went to ZERO pollution. It takes some patients or just go AFK for a while a check. Peace Gamers. NO MODS needed!

Apart from removing whatever causes the pollution (i.e. factories, powerplants, incinerators, garbage dumps) there is not much you can do.

there is no way you can get rid of the ground radiation, it is there permanently, unless you demolish all the factories. however, there is a way to get rid of that visually and the mod is called "No Radioactive Desert And More!" in the steam workshop. after you install this mod, the purple ground will be gone. but the pollution is still there, you just can't see it with your eyes anymore.

The Eden Project monument can get keep pollution from spreading and keep it at the buildings. So industry will still make ground pollution, but it doesn't spread next door and pollute other buildings.

don't worry about it, just be sure to keep industry far away from commercial and residential

Not only that, it'll increase land value in the entire map, causing all buildings to reach their highest level in just a couple of in-game weeks.

Once a pollution source is removed does anyone know how long it takes for the pollution to dissipate? Is there a rate of decay or something?
Metacritical 29 AGO 2018 a las 7:46
there is. why not time it yourself?

You don't. You simply have to accept that you will never get a city with zero pollution.
The only other option is to go to the steam workshop and look around for mod buildings that do the same job without pollution.

Exactly, the only way to do that is to use mods. One example is the Pollution Remover mod (what I currently use), it allows you to disable all kinds of pollution (ground, water, and noise).
