Buildings stuck on "under construction"

Every single building i zone doesn't start to build but it shows the "concrete" and doesn't even start to build the actual buidling. It just says under construction. I don't have building themes or anything set in the district settings since i haven't made any districts.

Did you figure this out? I am experimenting with District Styles and ... ungh!

I would assume you use Real Time and thus should have a look at the construction speed option. Read more about it in the mods FAQ.

Yes, Real Time. I Disabled Mods and everything was fixed. I'll try Real Time again more deliberately when I am ready. Thanks!

I know it's an old thread but i had the same "problem" today. Yes, Real Time is the reason. But it's not a bug. In the settings right above the buildingspeed is an option that allows constructions only at daytime, and stop when it gets night. And because i have disabled the day-night cycle i did'nt realized it in the beginning. Disable this and it should be solved.
