NOT IN INDUSTRY AREA
So the title says it all, I have designated the area to be forestry for example and go to put in a new building but it doesn't allow me.

It's a new area that you can paint.

There are quite a lot of things that can go awry when setting up your industry before you've done it a couple of times, unless you believe you've got an acual bug on your hands I suggest checking out our video tutorials on how to set up your industry!
