How to get rid off garbage?

I have 3 landfills and 4 incineration plants but there is still too much garbage in my city. pls help

As soon as you unlock incinerators, you should empty the landfills and replace them with the incinerators. Try to avoid using both types at the same time, as it is inefficient - the trucks will waste time emptying landfills when they should be collecting. Get rid, asap ;)
The same goes for cemeteries and crematoriums.
In both cases, if you want to keep a cemetery or a landfill for appearances, then once they're empty just turn it off, but get rid of the rest.
