High Tech Buildings DLC

Hi i have recently purchased the high tech buildings dlc although the actual skins for the zones building are not working and instead just spawning as the vanilla houses

although i have got the ploppable buildings from the dlc

could someone please help me figure this out
any help is apprecietated, Thanks

There are no growables in this DLC

there must be as i have seen them myself through watching youtube? like the cool looking skyscrapers and the small houses with the solar panels and black roofs ?

it would make more sense though to have the high tech skyscrpaers in high tech dlc but ok thanks for the help guys
