Water pump not operating
I’m starting a new game and the water and sewer pumps both say that they’re not operating. They have power and are connected to the same pipes. Is there a fix?

Is the plumbing connected to any buildings yet? They won't provide water or dispose of sewage until there's a need to.

This has happened to me for a moment when connecting new pumps and drains. Make sure you have electricity, pipes are connected, and give it a beat.
