Budget sliders & tax question
There are two sliders each....for example, for education or power. Why? Unlocking a facility sets the percentage to 100%..so you need to tweak them right away, don't you? The maximum of waste trucks does not make sense for a small city.

How much tax are people willing to pay? The default is 9%. Any hints?

The guide says to keep the budget at 100%...but if you lower the number of trash trucks you save money...

True. Lowering or raising the budget for a service effects how much service is provided. It's up to you to decide.

You have two sliders for each service, one for day time funding, one for night time funding. I've found no reason for this, as the time compression used in the game makes the only difference between the two is whether you see daytime or nighttime lighting. Maybe someone smarter can shed more detail.

early game when money is tight you should increase the tax to 12 and move the sliders to reduce costs. once money is no issue you should leave the sliders at 100 as this is the most cost effective setting;' increasing the slider to 150 only increases capacity by 25%. keep tax at 12 forever cims don't complain about tax at 12
