obviously there is a politics tab, but if you do not send it, you have to set the district and set the politics there, and if there is not, there is the city name at the bottom and click there

This happened to me today too. After about 15 minutes of playing I tried again and it worked. *shrugs*

Their must be a way to fix it on the spot, surley
this is still an issue, happened to me multiple times in the past, but recently (the last 25 hours of play) it was still fine, today its missing and reloading the game doesn't help

I am having the same issue. This happened to me yesterday. Closing out the game entirely help. However, the same thing is happening today and closing out is not solving the issue. The policies does not show up when clicking on the district or on the policies tab alone. Also the x to close out the policies show up although the pop up does not show.

It turned out to be a mod problem for me. Getting rid of CityVitalsMod fixed it for me.

There's a first person camera mod that also conflicts with the policies tab. I'm not sure which one it is, but if you have a first person camera mod try and disable it to see if it works.

This issue has been around a while. Due to its sporadic appearance, CO has been unable to produce it. It is not mod related. Only thing one can do is restart the game/map when it happens.

I don't have mods in my game but i noticed that if i close out Steam the problem seems to go away. So don't start your game from steam. Close it out entirely and start it from the desktop shortcut.

I've found the cause and fix, somewhat. If you SAVE the game under the same name you previously loaded it, the bug will still be there. However, if you save under a different name and THEN load the game, it'll be fixed " for the moment. " It doesn't take more than a few seconds to save-load so It's good enough for me.
