City growing too slow in population. =( What should I do?
Well people say put more Education and the density will increase. But a check on my Education, there's a lot of space available hence I did not add more schools. I've tried to put more parks. And enough public services to cover all areas. But growth is very slow.

Any idea why?

Tips appreciated!

if you want your city to grow then you're going to have zone more residential zoning.

Make sure your zones (all of them residential, industrial, and commercial) are nicely covered by ALL services: education, healthcare, deathcare, parks, garbage collection, plus police and fire departments.

Will this help?

Not directly, but 'levelling up' of buildings, which in turn increases (for residential) the number of Cims that can live in a particular building is probably what you're lacking. More services = higher level (education being the highest priority for residential zones). Higher level = higher capacity. UP TO a maximum of level five. After that, as Metacritical says, you are going to need more residential zones.

As stated above, good access to all services and good land value will boost happiness. A happy city is an attractive city to potential immigrants. So, as long as you can afford it, give the city the best of everything, including parks and unique buildings.
Your city is still a small town. Be patient. If you build it, they will come ;)
or, alternatively, if you don't have the patience and you know what you're doing (!), then you could use a mod like this,

Alright I guess I'll need to zone more R and also be more patient. Let me build more services. :)

Keep your eye on unemployment. When high, zone for jobs; when low zone residential. Ignore the demand bars.

Ok noted!

There are quite a few restrictions on your industrial zones. You pay for (very nice) roads taxes that are not connected, yet, but then you make tons of plus. (tunnels cost a lot more for fees)
Which means your city is highly optimised.
The demand for more civic zones is quite high though.
Add another row of appartments right side of your built area.
Add a bus line, 2 parks and what everybody else suggested =)

I'd say it's a major problem of C:S that the population grows very unrealistic so there are e. g. only few people living in skyscrapers.
