Is there even mafia, gangs, criminals and other stuff?

For god sake, i am wondering about this and i NEVER NEVER saw a Cites Skylines cop taking a criminal to police car. Police officers are just going to a building enters it, then they just simply come out and return to patrol.
I'd like to see some gangs shootout on streets of my city or murders and other stuff like that.
It will nice if a mod named "Improved Crimes" or some stuff...

If there are any, then the organised crime is well hidden ;)
The game doesn't provide much social animation at all. However, CO recently announced that as part of their recent staff expansion, they have hired a couple of new animators. So, this situation may change in the near future.
Don't hold your breath though for a crimewave. It's not in keeping with CO's liberal philosophy.

I do think it's very cool that you can click on the people you see around the prison yard once you've built it. It gives their information just like other citizens. Makes it feel real.

I do wish the cities felt more like they were alive, instead of a steel+concrete zen garden. Simcity 2013 actually had bank robberies with shootouts and whatnot, which was actually something I liked in that game.

Yeah i just rembered that one of cools things in simcity 2013
