If the period is every 10-20 seconds, then the game is attempting to spawn an asset but cannot. It could be a building asset, but a vehicle asset is more likely given the time interval.
You need the exact same set of assets that were present in the save.
Be aware that a faulty asset could also be responsible even if it is still present, since if it cannot spawn, that will generate the error.
You will just have to check all of your assets and it may well be a good idea to check each and every mod you're subscribed to, and make sure that they are up to date and compatible with the current version of the game.
In other words, manage your custom content!
Only use mods you're familiar with and test out new ones fully before using them on your main projects.
Keep a list of all of the mods and assets you enable for a particular build/save. Then refer to that list so that next time (whenever that may be) you'll be able to load up precisely what you saved it with.
Develop a routine of making regular manual saves and name them. Then you could roll back to an older save before you implemented the problematic asset/mod.
Be wary of some vehicle assets, as these are the ones most prone to being faulty. I'm not going to name and shame any modder, but there are a couple whose work I refuse to subscribe to due to this issue.
Hope that helps.
