Tropical Garden vs. Japanese Garden

Hey everyone

Japanese gardens have basically become a meme in my cities, I just sprinkle them everywhere. Problem? Add more Japanese gardens, lol.

So I was looking at some other ones including the "Tropical" garden and was surprised by it's price and stats. This is almost a non-issue, but for the sake of discussion, here are the stats:

-The area of effect is much smaller than the Japanese garden
-45 visitor capacity vs Japanese garden's 150
-Upkeep: $130 a week vs $50(!!) for the Japanese garden
-$8,125 vs $3,125 for Japanese garden
-Japanese garden size is 4x4 (VERY small), tropical garden is 6x6

I think the price should be a bit lower for the tropical garden.

But why go both, when you can have...TWO Japanese gardens?

*Crime problem* Here, have a Japanese garden.

I kinda like botanical gardens, but they are much more expensive. Also those $1,000ish parks are good too, but those are kinda huge.

I always joke about Japanese gardens when I'm playing.

-I don't understand, they are complaining of fires, but there's so many Japanese gardens. How could anyone be that unhappy with so many Japanese gardens?

-What do you mean "not enough workers"? Have you seen the Japanese gardens I built outside your workplace?

Used to like the Japanese garden because of its 4x4 size. But I now prefer the Botanical Garden as it has a much larger area of effect and I can plop much few Botanical gardens. But I use Japanese Gardens to supplement certain areas that need a small boost from decreased land values, especially on the edges on my borders.

Flood wall? No thanks, I'll just line my shore with Japanese gardens. Also it will keep them watered.
