I can't click NEW GAME or LOAD GAME
scerenshots will provide later. please help

I suppose you already tried simply resarting the game.
Then in content manager check for savegames and maps that at least one each is ticked on o/enabled.
I recall it could also be some game folder set to read only access. Will try to find a reference providing details.

Had the same problem i just did a verify integrity of game files works fine now

Happy you could fix it.
