You have too much mod. I suggest you uninstall not only the mods, but the game itself. Obviously the game wouldn't give those messages, because the devs would fix the reference.
Even after I unsubscribed from all dota workshop content, some still persisted on my computer, I don't know why.
This always happened to me when RICO was enabled. Try disabling all assets in the Content Manager (which might be a pain with the amount of assets you have) , then re-enable them in groups of a certain categorization. That way if one time the error pops up, you know that one of the assets that you've enabled is causing the problem.
As of why it's causing the problem, I'm not sure, but either it's because the creator's file didn't work or was corrupted by the mod, or you're missing a required item from an asset that the game's trying to place (this can occur if you have too many assets)
