Where do I find the 3 lane highways?

This is just driving me nuts. A lot of the intersection assets that I've downloaded are 3 lane roads or highways, but I can't find any 3 lane roads or highways in my build menu to connect them up. Where are they located?

Also is there any sort of eyedropper tool (either vanilla or mod) that would allow me to place it on top of a road to select that road for easy placement of more of the same object?

The 3 lane highway is in the Highway tab of roads. There is no vanilla 3 lane road.

Edit: Okay, it's just called highway. I kept looking for something named 3 lane highway or 3 lane one way highway.

Have you tried "Network Extension 2"? It brings many custom roads and highways. It happened to me a couple of times that assets did not work because this mod was missing

Lol, just poking fun.
In the screenshot the fourth road choice is the three lane highway piece and next to it is the same road with sound walls. Then the four lane and then the five lane highway piece.
EDIT: it is odd that they show it three lane highway as a two-way road piece. It does not look that way if using NetworkExtsions2.
