Thanks!
Regardless of its settings tree areas of beautification or forested areas for industry would still often catch fire and burn down.
Fire control helicopters are limited in their ability to put out those types of fires as well.
Hopefully they will address this now due to Park Life as it has been an issue for some time for me.
In general, Fire Helicopters should deal much more "damage" to fires. That's been a quirk ever since they were introduced.
But aside from that, this seems incredibly silly, especially if a player doesn't have access to Fire Helicopters from the Natural Disasters DLC. If they can't get the fire trucks to roll into the park grounds, then the entrance of the park should represent the whole park.
The fire helicopters only put out the trees that are on fire in the park. They do not put out the building fires in the parks. This is a massive failure for the developers.
Furthers my recent recommendations to just uninstall ND DLC until the conflict issues with it and the Parklife update have been resolved.
Not as aesthetically appealing, but I believe it works?
This is actually a really good idea. You can use Traffic Manager:PE to make the roads available to service vehicles only (I don't know if that will effect visitor/pedestrian traffic), and you can probably find some road texture assets to make it fit more in with the theme of your park.
V quick question. From reading this it looks like you only get this issue if you have ND *and* Parklife installed?
I don't have ND but was thinking of getting Parklife and would be somewhat hacked off if my park then burnt down with all the firefighters standing around the edge toasting marsh mallows.
