Zoning Grids Not Appearing

I downloaded the Parklife Expansion, and I have been working through all the issues caused by broken mods, but there is one issue that I think might be a bug. Every time I place a road no zoning grid appears next to it, so I can't spawn or build anything.

Is there any possible way to fix this?

Yeah the search tool over here isn't great, but if you already expected it to be a mod problem you shouldn't have missed the broken mods thread. Anyway, it's Network extensions 2, and it's gonna be fixed as soon as within a few hours.

You need to calm down lol, people can make mistakes and not see things even if they're in plain sight somtimes.

As mentioned already in another thread:

People write pretty advanced mods that basically hack the game, so if you install ANY mod you must accept the fact that they will break every update until their author hopefully updates them. Otherwise, use only maps and assets and you'll be fine 95% of the time.

If you want to be able to play older versions of the game with your existing mods until you're ready to update, several discussions have already been started on the topic, you can ask Paradox and Colossal for this feature instead of complaining. Are you using Network Extensions 2 mod? The creator says it will be updated around 8 pm EST. Please check it then or tomorrow morning. Also check the pinned topic that other have posted to your topic here, too.
