Pre-Purchased Parklife But Now Won't Install?

I purchased the DLC in advance, but now I can't seem to download and install it... any ideas what I've done wrong?!

I looked at the Parklife store page and it said 3 hours until release.

It doesn't download anything since all content comes in that patch which is already out. Only thing what happens when buying a DLC is that it unlocks the content already at your computer. And that according to DLC purchase page, happens in bit over 3 hours from now.

It's saying that the DLC is "Not Installed", where all of the others do. When I launch the game, there's no Parklife stuff in the game.

The DLC page for me shows no countdown and the patch has already come down?

Yes, patch is already in and countdown seems to have disappeared, so give it few moments. It's in the middle of the process but in the worst case, it will be that 3+ hours.

Just restart steam and it will tell you it's installed and working now ;-))

It's in now. I unticked, then re-ticked the DLC on the list and it installed...

I had exactly the same issue (I had also pre-purchased the DLC), but now it's fine. I don't know if that helps but I'll tell you what I did and now it's all ok. I waited until Steam finished downloading the patch. I also saw after that, that Parklife wasn't installed. So, I logged off of Steam and logged in again. Parklife DLC was then installed. Hope that helps :)
