Inverted colors
Yesterday, the colors for the game were fine and normal, but there was a new update to Windows 10, and today, ALL the colors (Graphics, UI, even the Steam Overlay) are inverted colors. Everything looks really weird in-game, and I don't know if it's just me or if any other people are affected by this OS update. Anyone have any idea what I could do about this?

I still have this problem. How did you resolve yours?

Actually, I hadn’t figured it out yet since I just noticed it happened to me too, but I kinda resolved it by going into windowed mode. Most likely Windows is the culprit still

I thought I fixed it till it changed colors randomly.

I have the exact problem. Inverse colors on full screen. If I switch to another window in the foreground or open the windows game bar the color is fine. As soon as the game has focus it goes back to Orange for Blue etc. etc. The only work around for now is to run the game in Windowed mode.

it is extremely annoying. it also was working fine for the first day after I installed the game, then all of the sudden when I use it the next day the colors are all fscked up.

I have what I believe is the same problem. What should be yellow is blue and vice versa. I am using a HP pavilion with a touch screen running windows 10. Odd thing will momentarily correct the problem, such as touching the screen or adjusting brightness. I have updated drivers, adjusted every graphics settings I can find. Problem not present out side of game play. Not limited to city skylines but also happening with Age of Empires 3.

Windows has a Invert Colors setting. Maybe it is turned on for some reason?

I think the setting is in Ease Of Access/Magnifier for Windows 10.
