Public Transportation Problems
I dont know if anyone else has had this problem, but a lot of my train, metro, and bus statons has the sign "line not completed" on it. I have checked and rebuilt the lines so i know that they are working. The trains will just sit at one of stations with the line not completed sign then just disappear. Please help i cant find anything.

It helps if you post the transportation overlay so we can see the lines.

Likely it isn't complete. they need to go in a loop. even a straight line needs to loop back to the starting point. It will just double back on itself.

This usually happens to me when I change a road section. I usually delete the line and add a new. Sometimes its possible to drag a bus stop to a new location along the new road section.

When it comes to Metro I guess you have to delete the station and build av new, but I’m not sure.

Could also be the roads u are using, some custom roads dont like having stops (sometimes some buildings) placed on them.

I have found that the line IS complete but the symbol exists showing its not.I have found by RIGHT clicking on the symbol and then LEFT clicking makes it disappear. Not sure why, but it works for me.

right clicking makes it disappear as right clicking deletes the stop. You probably double clicked on the finish and it created a new line that didn't finish. i.e. you may have had two lines.

Also when im building a new line, in this case a metro line, i will try to add a stop and it will just say "Cannot find path" i have triple checked the metro tunnles so i know that they are connected. Below are some pictures of that. Please help.

You haven't made a loop. It shows you are using one=way tracks. maybe you have them going the wrong way somewhere? I always use 2-way tracks because of this.

If the tunnels are connected, no idea. Might be mod related? asset related? Is there one-way metro tunnels?

To add to (and by no means disagree with) the other posters: once you pass some ill-defined population boundary (which I'm going to call 75k, tho it could be considerably higher/lower) it can often happen that you will need to wait a good few 'game-days', possibly even a few 'game-weeks', for the game to catch up with your intentions. Point being: especially 'late-game', do not be surprised at having to wait for changes you make to take effect

You know, I do remember bulldozing some roads on my city and it had a bus line. I replaced the road back in place and it eventually rebuilt the line on the new road. I had to scroll across the map and back and it fixed itself. But if I stared at it, it didn't seem to fix itself.

It took me quite a while to figure it out. but is was repeatable. Maybe it was bugged from a patch or something.

But I even notice it on upgrading my roads with bus stops on them. I will upgrade from 2-lane, 2-way roads with bus stops, to standard 6-lane, 2-way roads and my roads briefly complain of no road connection. I thought it was the road itself, but after doing other road upgrades, I notice the no road icons would disappear and fix the bus routes.

Maybe you had this issue. I remember you saying that the stops magically stopped showing warnings and fixed themselves.

Maybe this is what was happening.

You can probably replicate it again, just be patient and see if it fixes itself.

I'm going to fling you a friend request. Do not at all feel obliged to accept.

This same thing happened to me and it keeps happening on multiple lines. I redraw them and a chunk of the lines keep disconnecting, and when you try to reconnect, they don't reconnect. You have to redraw the entire line.
