Tornado Alley Scenario / Dust Bowl map

I know Natural Disasters has been out for awhile, but I took a break from this game and am just getting back into it. I am working on the Tornado Alley Scenario now and am super bummed about the lack of an outside train connection.

I downloaded the 81 tiles mod by Bloody Penguin to confirm. Seriously no outside train connections on this map? I love trains.

Also.... since I did that experiment and reloaded my city or any of my cities for that matter, I don't have all the buildings unlocked that I had unlocked already. That is incredibly frustrating.

it does say in the resources tab of the scenario that there is no train connection, so you didn't need to use the 81 tile mod to confirm
