Double decker highways
Has anyone created a bi-directional double decker highway? (as in one way on top and another on bottom).

I suppose you could do it by having one underground and the other ontop. Practically speaking it would function as expected/intended, though it obviously wont have the appearence of a raised highway. Though it would cost quite a bit to do so you couldn't just do it right off the bat.

Yes it can be done, I have done it myself, u need a few mods to do it and off hand I can't recall but I think one is road anarchy and no pillars mod

That's my recollection too. I seem to remember somone creating an asset for what OP wishes to do and it did require road anarchy and the no pillars mod. Search the workshop for what you want OP; I'm sure it's there somewhere, if it's still working. I saw that a long time ago.

[Edit] I think I found what you're looking for:

You can do it with movet it (Mod) too. Build two highways (like 9 and 12 m high) next to each other and then just mark one of it with move it (all nodes and all bits in beetween) and get it on the other Highway. Maybe you have to delete a few pillars then (or before the moving) or you can add some other lager pillars with two bollards....
