It WON'T Stop Raining...

Something has changed. Haven't played CS for quite a while but the Park Life DLC piqued my interest so I loaded it up this afternoon and it won't stop raining.

2 hours in and it's rained the whole time. Day and night. How the heck do I make it STOP!?

No weather mods. Only DLC is the traffic one and the new Park Life one. Only assets are for buildings and parks.

Something's broken or there's a new switch or option or something - this is making me CRAZY!

You can disable weather effects under options -> gameplay -> dynamic weather effects.
If you still would like to have some effects I would suggest you to edit or create a theme in the theme editor.
