Error: System.NullReferenceException- Help!

When I start playing this wonderful game, around every 30 second to a minute and a half this error (or something similar) pops up:

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Can somebody help? Also, when I place public service buildings like police & fire stations, etc., they do NOT appear right away, and I have to start up the game again for it to work. If I destroy it, it does not completely dissapear.
If I place a public transport building, like an airport, bus station, etc., the vehicles do not appear, and the building does not work. Even the textures for some buildings do not appear correctly!

One way or another, it means that a mod or asset is missing. Some assets afrom workshop requires certain other assets or mods to work in-game. Make sure that you have the right mods for certain assets.
