How do I access a DLC?

It says I have the pearls of the east installed ( in the menue it says that ), but when I start to play, nothing looks Asian...how do I play DLC contents?

I also can't see anything about it in the content manager/.

What do you mean nothing looks Asian?
In game, look at your unique building menu for Landmarks. This DLC provides 3 specific landmarks and that's all:
Panda Sanctuary
Oriental Pearl Tower
Temple Complex
Unlike most uniques, these do not require any unlocking tasks to complete.

if it should lool asian, choose theme (in the workshop). I don't know how the mod is called.

That DLC contains several unique buildings to place, so look for them in unique building tab.
