In this clip below view the other side of the highway, the one not being repaired renovated. A garbage truck does nasty lane change @1:38 or what I call lane jumping, then does a proper lane change to the exit it wanted. This garbage truck is telling me that the exit is still a little too close yet for the garbage truck to proper lane change all the way to the exit (need a renovation). @2:38 a pair of garbage trucks do the same lane changing behaviour, cut off traffic doing so. Interestingly @2:58 another pair of garbage trucks do this manoeuvre in reverse. That is entering the highway they both do a single lane change and then do a lane jump to the exit. Showing that they are not limited to one behaviour in a given situation. When you create highways that conform to their restrictions (nodes) the traffic will travel more realistically.
